The Apartment Omoh

• No pets, smoking, or parties are allowed on the premises.
• Damage to property or equipment is strictly prohibited.
• The use of drugs is not allowed.
• Overcrowding or excessive noise will result in immediate ejection without refund.
• Checkout is at 11 AM, with a 1-hour grace period. Late checkout incurs a fee of ₦25,000 per hour.
• To extend your stay, payment must be made before the 11 AM checkout. Late payment will incur a late checkout fee, regardless of when payment is made.
• After checkout, an inventory check will be conducted. Missing items will result in the following charges:
  • Towels: ₦25,000
  • Appliances or other property: Forfeiture of caution fee plus an additional ₦100,000 fine for damages.
• Failure to adhere to any of these rules will result in the forfeiture of the caution fee and possible fines.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued if you’ve stayed in the apartment for over 6 hours.
• Refunds are only processed after a thorough inspection of the apartment to validate any complaints.
• Photography during inspection is not allowed. If you wish to take pictures, an inspection fee of ₦10,000 will apply.
• Cancellations incur a ₦50,000 fee, with the balance refunded.

Additional Terms

• The apartment will not be held responsible for any incidents or altercations involving the police or law enforcement. However, conditional assistance in providing relevant information may be offered if required.
• Payment validates your booking. Only after payment confirmation will the access code and full address be provided.
