At Olise Luxury Apartments, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for bookings and payments made via www.oliseluxuryapartments.com.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will incur a ₦50,000 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Post-Stay Refunds:
If you have stayed in the apartment for more than six (6) hours, refunds will not be issued.
Booking Adjustments:
Refunds for adjusted bookings will be calculated based on the unused portion of the booking, less applicable fees.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Late check-out fees (₦25,000 per hour).
- Inspection fees for photography (₦10,000).
- Penalties for no-shows or non-compliance with terms and conditions.
4. Payment Validation Policy
Payments validate bookings. Refunds will only be considered if payment was confirmed and an access code was provided. Refunds will not apply for invalid or incomplete bookings.
5. Amendments to the Refund Policy
Olise Luxury Apartments reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, with the effective date displayed.
